We buy Indonesian wholesale at local rates and say so: a Bali landing is from $1.99: honest pricing: the real local rate passed through. 1GB of essentials for the 2 hours that scare you: the arrival message to your villa, the ride out of Ngurah Rai, the map the whole way down the island. Hotel WiFi carries the week; a never-expire wallet covers the rest.

Smartfren at wheels-down

Named before you land. Not “some partner, up to 4G, maybe.”

Canggu, Seminyak, the ride in

The corridor covers the journey off the island’s south: the pickup, the traffic, the check-in message.

Ubud, the north, the trip

Smartfren is Indonesia-wide: the wallet spends at local rates for the rest of the stay.

Networks in Bali.

We buy local wholesale in the country you land in: so you get the local network, not “some partner, up to 4G, maybe.”

Buying for someone landing in Bali?

You pay, they tap one text-message link: no account, no QR lecture. You keep the receipt, and if it fails you file one line from your order link: auto-approved off the landed timestamp. Switch to the “For someone else” tab in the widget above.

Bali questions, answered straight.

Which network will I get in Bali?

Smartfren: named before you land. We buy local wholesale in Indonesia: no roaming tax.

Do I pick a country or a GB size?

No GB size, and the coverage is already wider than one country: give us a flight and 1GB of essentials is included for the 2 hours after wheels-down, provisioned on a plan that covers 1 countries. At checkout you choose how far it works (the whole region or just Indonesia) and pick a bigger pack if you want more data: priced by the GB, cheaper as they grow.

Do I need an app?

No. Ever. Buy on the web, install from a link in email or SMS. At 0 GB you can’t download an app: which is exactly why we never ask you to.

Does it work in Ubud and the north?

Smartfren is country-wide Indonesia. The 30-minute guarantee applies at your landing; the wallet spends at local rates for the rest of the island.

Why this price when Europe is $1.99?

Wholesale differs by country and we buy local: no roaming tax, no bundled markup. Beta pricing means the rate is honest, and the refund guarantee is identical.

Will my bank SMS/2FA still arrive?

Yes. Keep your home line ON for voice/SMS, OFF for data roaming: add your number at checkout and we text you a T-3h checklist so you can flip those two settings before boarding. Most 2FA arrives via SMS or WiFi calling.

What if I’m not online 30 minutes after landing?

Full refund: cash within 5 business days or 100% wallet credit. One line to file from your order link, auto-approved off your flight’s landed timestamp. Fair use: one on-us landing per email per 90 days.
