TD Touchdown
Land online. On us if not.
The guarantee · in plain English

Offline 15 minutes after landing?
The landing's on us.

Every paid landing carries it. Cash in 48h, or 120% as wallet credit. No forms, no support queue, no “did you read the fine print.” Four conditions, said before you pay, and one of them is ours to check.

no forms · human stays till Uber moves The four conditions are below: said before you pay
1
Compatible phone: checked before you pay

This product needs an eSIM phone (iPhone XS and later, most post-2019 Androids), and we say so on this page before you pay. No “try anyway and find out at the gate.”

2
Installed at home, on WiFi: 40 seconds

Tap the link, Settings opens, Add eSIM. That's the whole setup. QR and manual codes as fallback.

3
Travel line ON at landing: one toggle

We check your settings at T-3h: data on Travel, Home roaming OFF. At wheels-down, one toggle and you're live.

4
Still offline 15 min after landing → full refund

Cash in 48h, or 120% as wallet credit. A human texts you to confirm: no forms, no queue.

The receipts. We publish them.

A guarantee you can't verify is a slogan. The four conditions above are the product: they're in the terms, the fair-use rule is one line, and every refund is auto-approved off the flight's landed timestamp when the flight record confirms it. The tally below is computed live from our own order data: landings we served in the last 30 days, on-us refunds, and how long payouts actually took. It stays empty until the sample is big enough to mean something. We don't publish numbers we don't measure.

When it fails, a human picks up

If your landing isn't covered,
the refund is. That's the product, not an exception.

If you're offline at 15 minutes, our system flags your flight and a human texts you: with a checklist for your exact phone, and they stay on the line until your Uber moves. Then: cash back in 48h, or 120% as wallet credit. Your call.

What's not covered, and why we say it before you pay.

A guarantee with hidden exclusions isn't a guarantee. Here are the edges, said loudly:

!
An incompatible phone

The requirement is on the page before you pay: an eSIM phone (iPhone XS and later, most post-2019 Androids). It never reaches you as a surprise.

!
Never installed

The 40-second home setup is the condition: the promise covers a landing you prepared for, not one you skipped.

!
Data left on Home, Travel off

The one toggle at wheels-down is the price of the promise. We check it at T-3h and nudge you if it's wrong.

!
Fair use: one on-us landing per device per 90 days

The rule that keeps the guarantee cheap enough to give everyone. It's in the product name, and we still say it twice.

The guarantee is why we're not a $0.10/GB store.

The eSIM category's most-reviewed complaint is refunds: Airalo refund fights, Holafly refund nightmares, support queues that end trips. Everyone sells hope plus a ticket. We sell a promise, and we bind ourselves to it in the terms: offline 15 minutes after landing means the landing is refunded, cash in 48h or 120% as wallet credit.

That reserve is why $3.9 isn't compared to a reseller's $0.10/GB. You're not buying a gigabyte. You're buying certainty at wheels-down, and if we fail to deliver it, the certainty is refunded. That's the whole product.

Cover a landing: the guarantee's already in the price.

The guarantee, interrogated.

What exactly voids the guarantee?

Three things, all said before you pay: a phone without eSIM support (the requirement is published before you buy), never installing the eSIM (the 40-second home setup is the condition), and leaving data on your Home line at landing instead of Travel. That's the entire list.

How do I claim it?

No forms. Our system watches your flight; if you're still offline 15 minutes after landing, a human texts you to confirm, and the refund is on its way: cash in 48h, or 120% as wallet credit. You never navigate a support portal at an airport.

Why 120% wallet credit?

Cash is always an option in 48h. Wallet credit is 120% because we'd rather you have a bigger landing budget than a refund, and credit never expires. It's our way of saying the failure is ours, not yours.

Is this a real promise or marketing?

Real. The four conditions are on this page, the fair-use rule is in the terms, and refunds auto-approve off the flight’s landed timestamp when the flight record confirms it: the same data our cron stamps at wheels-down. Borderline cases go to a human, on purpose: we don’t auto-deny what we can’t verify.

Do I have to do anything at landing?

One toggle: Travel line ON. We check your settings at T-3h and nudge you if anything's wrong. If you prefer zero toggles, you keep the Home line: the check is what makes the promise fair.

What if I'm gifting it?

The guarantee follows the landing: if the traveler is offline 15 minutes after landing, the refund goes to you, the buyer: cash in 48h or 120% wallet credit, and we text you, not them, at 3am.
