To sell you landing connectivity we need: your email, your flight number, the phone numbers you give us, and the city you land in. That is the whole list.
What we never see
Browsing, messages, location beyond country and network, or anything inside your apps. We don't track your usage or whether you're online, and we don't record what handset you carry. We never touch card numbers: Dodo, Cashfree, or Razorpay process payment on their checkout, under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and trackers
No advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get visited, so we know what to fix. It sets its own cookies and we do not use it for ads or share the data with ad networks. Any content blocker or Google's opt-out add-on stops it, and the site works fine without it.
How long we keep it
Order and entitlement records are kept for 24 months so we can honour the refund promise and meet tax obligations, then deleted. Wallet credit never expires, so the email attached to it is kept while a balance remains.
Delete everything
Email us from the address on your order and we delete your data and refund unused wallet credit. No retention games.
TODO(legal): name and email of the grievance officer (required under India's DPDP Act), the legal entity name, and the registered address.
