How it works · no app · no QR lecture

40 seconds at home.
One toggle at wheels-down.

Type your flight, tap one link on WiFi, and the eSIM installs before you finish packing. On European corridors it covers 33 countries, so Paris to Rome needs no second SIM. If you add your number at checkout, we text you a Travel Mode checklist at T-3h so the $180 surprise never lands. At wheels-down, one toggle and you're online. That's the whole thing: the rest of the trip is hotel WiFi and a wallet that never expires.

The three steps. Then nothing.

Tap Install

Universal link opens Settings → Add eSIM. 40 seconds. QR and manual SM-DP+ codes as fallback. The product needs an eSIM phone (iPhone XS and later, most post-2019 Androids), and we say so before you buy.

Three hours out (add your number at checkout), a checklist text for your exact phone: Cellular Data = Travel, Home Data Roaming = OFF, voice stays on Home. Thirty seconds of toggles, and the $180 bill dies here.

Turn Travel ON

Your line is armed to your flight. At touchdown, flip the Travel line ON. Online in minutes: maps, WhatsApp, Uber. SMS: “Landed. Turn your Travel line ON for data. Offline 30 min? File one line on that page for a full refund.”

Need more data after the two scary hours? Step 4 is credit that rolls over: top up from a page that loads on any connection, share it with family, and credit never expires. Like money in Wise.

Forty seconds. Timed honestly.

Not “five minutes, tops.” Here's the install second by second: you can stop reading this page and be done before you finish your coffee.

It arrives in email or SMS. One tap. No store, no download, no account to make. At 0 GB you can't download an app: which is exactly why we never ask you to.

The 0GB paradox, and why no app is the feature.

Every eSIM store eventually asks you to download their app. Think about when: you need data to get the app, and the app to get data. That's the 0GB dead-end: standing in arrivals, airport WiFi failing, staring at a spinning wheel.

Touchdown is a link. It arrives over SMS or email while you still have home data, taps straight into Settings, and the eSIM installs before you ever leave the house. There is nothing to download at the airport, because there was never an app.

Buy on web · no store visit Install over SMS / email Top-up from any connection, no app needed

The Travel Mode check: the toggle that saves $180.

Here's the trap nobody warns you about: your home SIM's data roaming. Land abroad with it on and your carrier starts billing by the megabyte: that's the $180 bill that haunts this page. The eSIM stores don't check it. They sold you a bucket; your settings are your problem.

We text it (add your number at checkout). Three hours before your flight we SMS a pre-flight checklist: Cellular Data = Travel, Home Data Roaming = OFF, voice left on Home: so bank SMS and 2FA still arrive. If something’s set wrong at T-3h, the checklist shows the fix. That text is half the product.

Asked by everyone who's been burned once.

Do I need an app?

No. Ever. You buy on the web and install from a link in email or SMS. At 0 GB you can't download an app: that is exactly why we never ask you to.

What if my phone can't take an eSIM?

The product needs an eSIM phone: iPhone XS and later, most post-2019 Androids. The phone requirement is published before you buy, so you never find out at the gate. If your phone is eSIM-capable (iPhone XS and later, most post-2019 Androids), you're fine.

What exactly is the Travel Mode check?

Three hours before your flight we SMS a pre-flight checklist (add your number at checkout): Cellular Data set to Travel, Home Data Roaming OFF, voice left on Home. Home roaming left on is how a landing turns into a $180 bill: the checklist catches it instead of hoping.

What happens at wheels-down?

One toggle: Travel line ON. You're online in minutes, and if you're still offline 30 minutes after landing, the landing is refunded: cash within 5 business days or 100% as wallet credit. One line to file from your order link: auto-approved off the flight's landed timestamp.

What if I need data for the whole trip?

Pick a bigger pack at checkout: it's provisioned with your landing. Or top up the wallet afterwards: a plain web page that loads over any connection. Bigger is cheaper per GB (1GB $1.99 · 3GB $3.50 · 5GB $5 for Europe), the family draws on one balance, and credit never expires.

Why a link and not a QR code?

A link is one tap and it opens Settings by itself. A QR code needs a camera app, a scan, a confirm, and a lecture. Parents hate QR codes; the link works from the WhatsApp message you already sent them. Manual SM-DP+ codes exist as a fallback for anyone who wants them.
