Where the market clears well above that, we charge 2.25x on a dated, published list of exceptions, and only where 2.25x still undercuts the cheapest comparable plan we measured. Is the UK covered?

Yes: EU and UK are live, including flights between them (Brexit ended free roaming; London is its own thing and we treat it that way).

Do I pick a country or GB?

Not for the landing: give us the flight and 1GB of essentials is included. LIS→MAD is a landing in Madrid, not a “Spain vs Portugal vs Europe” shopping decision with expiry dates. Want more for the trip? Top up by the GB, cheaper as it grows.

Which network will I actually get?

Named before you land: e.g. Vodafone in Lisbon, Orange in Paris, O2 in London.

What about the 2-hour window?

1GB of essentials (Maps, WhatsApp, Uber, Translate) for the 2 hours after wheels-down. Need more? Pick a bigger pack at checkout, or top up the wallet later: credit never expires and bigger is cheaper per GB.

Offline 30 minutes after landing?

Full refund: cash within 5 business days or 100% wallet credit. One line to file from your order link, auto-approved off your flight's landed timestamp. Fair use: one on-us landing per email per 90 days.

Will my bank SMS/2FA still arrive?

Yes. Keep your home line ON for voice/SMS, OFF for data roaming. Most 2FA arrives via SMS or WiFi calling.
