Is the UK covered?

Yes: EU and UK are live, including flights between them (Brexit ended free roaming; London is its own thing and we treat it that way).

Do I pick a country or GB?

No. Give us a flight. LIS→MAD is a landing in Madrid, not a “Spain vs Portugal vs Europe” shopping decision with expiry dates.

Which network will I actually get?

Named before you land: e.g. NOS in Lisbon, Orange in Paris, EE in London. If a network is slow roaming, we price lower and say so.

What about the 2-hour window?

1GB of essentials (Maps, WhatsApp, Uber, Translate) for the 2 hours after wheels-down. Need more? The wallet never expires and is cheaper per GB as it gets bigger.

Offline 15 minutes after landing?

Full refund: cash in 48h or 120% wallet credit, and a human stays with you till your Uber moves. Fair use: one on-us landing per device per 90 days.

Will my bank SMS/2FA still arrive?

Yes. Keep your home line ON for voice/SMS, OFF for data roaming. Most 2FA arrives via SMS or WiFi calling.
